Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TrafficPruner collects, uses, and protects information submitted through trafficpruner.com.
1. What TrafficPruner does today
TrafficPruner is currently a lead-capture landing page. The live website provides:
- a client-side waste estimator based on heuristic ranges,
- an illustrative audit preview with mock data, and
- a lead form for requesting a follow-up audit.
The live website does not connect to a user’s Google Ads account, does not request Google OAuth access, does not retrieve live Google Ads data, and does not make changes to any Google Ads account.
2. Information we collect
When you submit the lead form, we may collect:
- work email address,
- company name,
- monthly Google Ads spend range, and
- Google Ads Customer ID, if you choose to provide it.
We also collect basic technical information necessary to operate the site, such as server logs and request metadata.
3. How we use this information
We use submitted information to:
- review and qualify audit requests,
- contact you about your request,
- prepare a manual or future authorized audit workflow, and
- improve the site and internal lead handling process.
We do not use submitted lead data to train public machine learning models, and we do not sell lead data to data brokers.
4. Google Ads data
At the current V1 stage, the public site does not access Google Ads data. If TrafficPruner later introduces a user-authorized Google Ads audit flow, this policy will be updated to describe:
- what Google data is accessed,
- how that data is used,
- how long it is stored, and
- how users can revoke access or request deletion.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the site or respond to your request, such as hosting, email delivery, or internal notification tools, subject to appropriate controls.
6. Data retention
We retain submitted lead information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, manage follow-up, maintain internal records, and comply with legal obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information submitted through the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You may choose not to provide optional information such as your company name or Google Ads Customer ID. To request deletion of lead information you have submitted, contact us using the details below.
